Hey there, it's Trent. Welcome to my little corner of the Internet...
I believe that today's fitness industry is fundamentally flawed, wreaking havoc on people attempting to build a lean, strong, and healthy body.
I followed the traditional path of turning to magazines, Instagram Fitness 'gurus' for workout routines and nutritional advice and fell for every gimmick and fad. It left me confused, frustrated and no better off then when I'd started. Unfortunately, up until now, building an incredible body meant countless gruesome hours in the gym each week, crazy strict diets and a very limited life outside of fitness.
Forging my own path, I decided to get educated and dedicate myself to studying the areas of nutrition, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, biology, and biochemistry, to dive headfirst into the Fitness Industry.

After training hundreds of clients in the gym, I moved to Florida to work with some of the best minds in the industry and developed my Online Coaching Service using practical methods and cutting-edge science to help people transform their mind and body to unlock their inner potential.

The Turning Point
For the first time in my life I was uncertain about my future direction. I lost the unwavering belief, relentless work ethic and fighting spirit that I once had in myself. I'd lost respect for myself and began abusing my body regularly through alcohol consumption, horrible eating habits and burning through my bank account, spiraling me into further depression. I finally snapped.
I went back to the drawing board and devised a plan to radically transform my mind and body to never look back again.
Within 6 months I was able to reshape my entire identity and transform my mind and body. And I can't wait to show you how you can too.
The best part? Fitness was the lowest hanging fruit for me so to speak. When you can finally master your training and nutrition to build an incredible body, confidence and self-belief goes through the roof!
