Andy was...

Andy skinny fat transformation

Body Stats:

- Weight: 162lbs
- Waist: 33in
- Shoulders: 46in
- Bodyfat: roughly 14-15%

- Weight: 155.6lbs
- Waist: 29in
- Shoulders: 47in
- Bodyfat: 6.9% (he got a dexa scan)

Andy transformed his body from "skinny-fat" to lean and muscular in just 90 days.

Today, I wanted to share his experience on where he was before and what needed to change to start seeing incredible results.


Who? Andy Bishop

Problem: Unable to reach six-pack ab level and build lean muscle.

Solution: Joined the Train. Eat. Live. Transformation Program (my 90 day 1 on 1 coaching program where I personally show you how to build your best body ever).

Did it work? Oh yeah. As you saw above Andy got shredded to the bone and added a ton of strength and muscle in the process. Best of all? He's never felt something so sustainable.


Before Andy and I started working together he was already very active.

As he said in his application:

"I try to get in the gym 5-6x per week. I'm following a weight training plan my friend put together and I've seen good results - but not the results I've expected. I think that is because of my diet. I don't think I'm eating enough / the right stuff. I generally try to eat healthy and meal prep - but I don't think I'm eating enough and some times I just don't want to reheat another meal prep meal."


One of the biggest roadblocks I find my clients have before working together is sustainability.

Who has time to live in the gym and eat bland meals all the time?


And doing it that way? Congrats, you just turned fitness into a full-time job. Which I take it you already have one of those.

Again, more of Andy's words:

"I'm pretty confident in the gym - I'd just like to get set on the path of exercise and diet to really start seeing changes in the next 3-6 months. I tried to start eating more via meal prep - but I just get so tired of eating the same thing/eating already prepared meals."

You see Andy is in the Music Industry - which means there were several weeks he had to be at sometimes 3 concerts in a single DAY.

This caused a big issue with his diet.

Which invited many opportunities to eat terribly and actually under eat.

(Undereating + poor food choices = the perfect formula to put someone in that "skinny-fat" position.)


When we started working together I quickly revamped Andy's diet with more of what I like to call Pro-Metabolic foods...

Along with dialing in the right amount of calories (and protein, carbs, fats) for his training/rest days to torch the last bit of body fat.

Cleaning his diet up this way creates the perfect storm for more muscle and less fat.

Not to mention more energy, higher testosterone levels, and increased libido.

I also taught him simple strategies to navigate eating out at restaurants or if he was traveling to keep progress moving in the right direction.

For his training...

This is where the magic happened.

With only training 3 days per week in the gym, we cut all the BS and poured his hard efforts into the right exercises to build muscle evenly across his entire body.

We also established a progression model (most guys are missing this) so each workout built upon the last, and he added a total of 45+ lbs to his indicator exercises which resulted in incredible strength and muscle gains.

In short: More results in less time.

He still can't wrap his mind around the fact that he was in the gym just 3 times per week!

Which was the key to his consistency even with his extremely busy work schedule.


I'm so damn proud of Andy and all of my other clients working their asses off.

ANOTHER QUESTION: When you finally have a lean and muscular body, what would that be worth to you?

You’re right. It is priceless/hard to put a number on that because there’s so much more to it.

It can seriously impact your entire life in ALL areas.
