Personalized Nutrition Plan - Sample meal plans based on foods you enjoy. Meal frequency that fits your lifestyle – whether that is two or six meals per day. Optimal macronutrient distribution for your body and your goals.
Mindset & Lifestyle Strategies - I not only want to help you reach your goals as fast as possible. My plan is to help you along the way until you feel confident continuing by yourself with success.
Motivation & Accountability - We'll both be working with simple tools to keep track of your nutrition and exercise to ensure weekly progress. I'll take care of all the "grunt" work so you can focus on what matters most, executing and consistency. If I see something is off, we'll quickly come up with a solution.
